Website & SEO Our venture

Swan Brewing: complete website rebuild

A slow, hard-to-maintain legacy site rebuilt into a fast, search-optimized custom site that ranks for more than just "craft beer."

The problem

Swan Brewing's site was a legacy Weebly export: slow to load, painful to update, and leaving local search traffic on the table. Every page duplicated its own header, footer, and tracking by hand.

What we built

A custom static site on Astro with a single shared layout, clean URLs with full 301 redirects to protect existing SEO equity, and a rich structured-data layer (brewery, bar, music venue, restaurant, events, FAQ) so both Google and AI assistants understand and cite the business.

The result

Faster loads, one place to update instead of dozens, and rankings expanding beyond "craft beer" into bars, live music, and community gathering, all while keeping the taproom's deliberately rustic feel.

Product & Engagement Our venture

games.swanbrewing.com: branded game arcade

A standalone arcade of branded mini-games built to earn dwell-time, win local search signal, and get players sharing the brand.

The problem

How do you get people to spend more time with a local brand online, and actually talk about it? Static pages don't do that on their own.

What we built

A separate, independently-deployed game site on its own subdomain (so it can never break the main site): a templatized arcade shell plus the games themselves (Flappy Swan, Sudz Up, and more), each with a share-your-score-to-social loop. Pure static, no backend, near-zero JavaScript.

The result

A reusable arcade we can drop new games into, engineered for engagement and shareability, turning casual visitors into repeat players who tag the brand.

its3pm-analytics: automated SEO & rank-tracking tool

An in-house tool that automates SEO audits and tracks local search rankings over time, instead of a once-a-month manual snapshot.

The problem

Marketing reporting is usually manual, slow, and a moment-in-time snapshot. We wanted automated, repeatable insight: who's ranking, where, and which way it's moving.

What we built

A Python toolkit that pulls Google Analytics and Search Console data automatically, and tracks Google map-pack rankings for a business and its competitors over time using a live SERP data source, with history stored so you see the trend, not just today.

The result

Audits that used to take an afternoon now run in minutes, and rank movement you can actually watch week over week. Currently being productized into a tool others can use.

BNA: market-intelligence platform

A geospatial platform that shows which business categories a market is missing, the kind of analysis that used to require $10,000+ enterprise tools.

The problem

Every city has businesses it needs but doesn't have. Proving it has always required expensive enterprise GIS platforms priced for large organizations, out of reach for the small and mid-size markets that need it most.

What we built

A geospatial decision-support platform that ingests official business and census data, maps business density by category across neighborhoods and redevelopment areas, and uses a statistical model to surface where demand outstrips supply, on a real data pipeline: PostgreSQL/PostGIS, a Python scoring engine, and an interactive map dashboard.

The result

An affordable equivalent to enterprise market-analysis tools, built for cities, CRAs, and economic-development teams. Currently in active beta.
