its3pm wasn't born in a boardroom. It was built by a small business owner who got tired of being the last one to leave — and decided to do something about it.

The Story

The name came from a moment.

Before its3pm, there was a small business that demanded everything — long hours, constant attention, and the kind of ownership that makes it hard to ever really leave.

So we built tools. Automated the repetition. Documented the processes. Got the right systems in place. And one day, at 3pm, we walked out — and nothing broke. Revenue kept growing. The business kept running.

That was the moment. Not a big exit or a dramatic pivot — just a Tuesday afternoon and the realization that it was actually working.
