By using its3pm.io or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or make a purchase.

Our Services

its3pm.io provides business consulting, custom software development, operational automation, and data tools for small business owners. Consulting and software engagements are governed by separate agreements provided at the time of engagement.

Free Tools

its3pm.io offers free, self-serve calculators and tools (such as the lease break-even, cash flow runway, and operations health check calculators). These run entirely in your browser, require no account, and send no data to us. They are provided as-is for your convenience.

Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Our tools and any reports we provide are built from publicly available data sources and your own inputs. While we use the most current and complete data available, we make no guarantee that the data or any output is perfectly accurate, complete, or current for any specific business purpose.

Our tools are for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or investment advice.
