How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Who We Are

its3pm.io is operated by Dan Thumberg in Lakeland, Florida. We provide business consulting, custom software, and data tools for small business owners. Questions about this policy can be directed to dan@its3pm.io or (863) 225-3611.

What We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Contact form submissions — when you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, and message. This is processed by Formspree on our behalf.
  • Scheduling information — when you book a call via Calendly, we receive your name, email address, and selected meeting time.
  • Payment information — when you purchase a Trade Area Report, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe provides us with your name, email, and a transaction record.
  • Site usage data — Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized information about how visitors use the site, including pages visited, time on site, general geographic location (city/region level), and device type. Individual visitors are not identified.

How We Use It

  • To respond to your inquiry or question
  • To schedule and confirm discovery calls
  • To process and fulfill Trade Area Report orders
  • To send your purchased report and any follow-up related to your order
  • To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate this site. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf:

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and track sessions. No other cookies are set by this site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

  • Contact form submissions are retained by Formspree per their data retention policy
  • Scheduling data is retained by Calendly per their policy
  • Payment and transaction records are retained by Stripe per their policy and applicable law
  • Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default)

Your Rights

EU residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you and to request deletion of that information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dan@its3pm.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect the information we handle. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store card numbers or sensitive payment data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
