We've been where you are.

its3pm wasn't born in a boardroom. It was built by a small business owner who got tired of being the last one to leave and decided to do something about it.

The Story

The name came from a moment.

Before its3pm, there was a small business that demanded everything: long hours, constant attention, and the kind of ownership that makes it hard to ever really leave.

So we built tools. Automated the repetition. Documented the processes. Got the right systems in place. And one day, at 3pm, we walked out, and nothing broke. Revenue kept growing. The business kept running.

That was the moment. Not a big exit or a dramatic pivot, just a Tuesday afternoon and the realization that it was actually working.

its3pm exists to give other business owners that same moment. Not someday. Today.

The Founder

Dan Thumberg

Dan founded Swan Brewing in Lakeland and spent years running a business that demanded everything he had — then spent several more systematically taking it back. Automation, process documentation, the right tools in the right order. It worked. He walked out at 3pm.

Before Swan, Dan spent years in operational and customer experience roles at Apple and American Express — companies that run on precision, process, and scale. That's where he learned what world-class systems actually look like. its3pm.io exists to bring the same discipline to businesses that deserve it without the enterprise price tag.

Every tool we build, every engagement we take, starts from the same place: a founder who has been operationally stuck, seen what elite looks like, and found the path between them.

Based in Lakeland, Florida · Serving clients nationally · Dan holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
